When do I RSVP?

We will send formal invitations this summer. Please be sure to RSVP no later than August 30, 2025. If you already know that you won’t be able to make it, please feel free to let us know!

Are kids invited?

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. Thank you in advance for understanding!

What should I wear?

We would love for you to dress up with us! The dress code for our wedding is formal evening attire/black tie optional. This includes suits with ties, classic tuxedos, gowns, dress shoes, fancy cocktail dresses, and dressy jumpsuits.

What will the weather be like?

Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), and our cocktail hour/reception will take place inside the Nordia House. Early October in Portland typically ranges from the 60s-70s and often remains fairly dry with the occasional light shower. Raincoats and/or umbrellas are always a good idea when traveling to Portland - rain is plentiful here!

What is the parking situation?

The venue has a large parking lot that can accommodate up to 75 cars. However, we kindly ask that you consider carpooling or using a ride share service, especially if you plan to drink. Thank you in advance for planning ahead!

What type of food will be provided?

We are thrilled to serve food from Broder Catering, which specializes in Nordic and local cuisine. When it is time to RSVP, please select your meal preference from the dropdown menu and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions. We will do everything we can to accommodate!

Before the meal, light appetizers will be served during the cocktail hour.
